Sessions can be done in-person or virtually.

  • Initial Session – $125

    Your first session includes 75 minutes of one-on-one time with your dietitian.  We’ll spend time getting to know you to fully understand your unique concerns, goals, and values. Then, we’ll work together to set achievable steps to move you towards your big picture goals. A welcome packet and the Intuitive Eating book are given as a gift during your first session.

  • Follow-up Sessions – $105

    During each follow-up session, we’ll spend 60 minutes together celebrating your successes and working through your challenges. We’ll take time to explore how you’ve been doing in-between appointments and understand the struggles that are bothering you the most. We’ll work together at your comfort level to implement strategies that empower you to continue moving towards your ultimate goals.

  • Get to Know You Call – We offer an optional 15-minute complimentary call to discuss your goals, answer your questions, and ensure our services are a good fit for your needs.

Payments accepted: cash, check, credit, debit, and HSA/HRA cards.  Payments are due at time of service.

We do not bill insurance.  Our goal is to provide the highest quality care that isn’t dictated by insurance.  When insurance companies contract with a provider, they can dictate your treatment and interfere with you getting the best care possible.  Our focus is on helping you meet your goals and heal your relationship with food.  If you would like to seek insurance reimbursement on your end, we are happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

 When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you.  When appointments are canceled with short notice or a client does not come to an appointment, another client loses the ability to use that slot and may be deprived of the care they need.  As a courtesy to others, if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please cancel as far in advance as possible.

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.  In the event that you need to cancel with less than 24-hours notice or do not show to your appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.  The cancellation fee is 50% of the appointment fee.
